Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue Elis Taylor is actress, American stage and screen actor and producer. She is most famous as an actress in films for her performances as a character in Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) and The Mentalist. She holds a BA in African-American Studies from Brown University and an MFA in Acting from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Aunjanue l. Ellis, the American producer and actress who has performed in theatre as well as television and film productions also, has been active across both sides of the screen. Her acting journey began as a theater actress and then appeared in a number of shows on television as well as independent and mainstream movies. She gained fame for playing Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. After that, she was able to make an appearance in BET's epic television series The Book of Negroes. In 1995 she debuted in the role of Ariel on stage on stage in The Tempest.
