Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American Actress who played a range of characters in films, TV as well as the stage. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards including the Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actor. Between 1987 and 1991, she received notoriety for her portrayal of Vicky Hudson's twin sister Marley Love. This led to two Soap Opera Digest Awards and the Daytime Emmy Award. In the late 1990s she gained more attention with her part in the movie Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney June 6, 1953) is an American actress. She is most well-known as the character Lieutenant Sheba from the 1978-1979 television show Battlestar Galactica. She is the granddaughter and daughter of actors Gene Lockhart, as well as the actress June Lockhart. Lockhart was a young actress at the time her professional career started. The first time she appeared on screen was aged four, when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. This short film about a theme was nominated for an Academy Award. Her mother invited her to a studio where she learned about the workings of the film industry. Lockhart even appeared in several episodes of Lassie. Dora in Jory, 1972 was the first film she appeared in by Lockhart. When she was 18, she appeared as one of the daughters Joan Crawford in 1972 television series The Sixth Sense. Joan was the final actor to make an appearance in The Sixth sense. It is a popular belief that Anne turned down the part of Laurie Strode for John Carpenter's Halloween, a film from 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis was cast in its place. Carpenter has claimed that he was interested in her but she turned it down. Anne is unable to remember John Carpenter having contacted her nor offering the role. Agents could have rejected the role on her behalf and not even known. Glen Larson sent her an early draft of a script to play a character in 1978's television program Battlestar Galactica. She initially rejected the role since the character did not seem strong. Glen came up with a completely new character for herself, featuring Sheba as a more powerful role model. The Living Legend, the initial twenty-five pages she read and was subsequently accepted. The show ran for one season. The actress was in Joyride, a 1977 movie with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) and with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she appeared alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
