Aura Garrido is a Spanish actress who works on TV and film. She has appeared as an actress in Stockholm as well the TV series El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid in 1989. Tomas Garrido has been a composer for over thirty years. He is an orchestra conductor. Pilar sanchez, Garrido's mother, is also a painter and musician. Her first lesson in piano was at the age of four. She began ballet soon after. Growing up, she had an English-speaking acquaintance. When she finished her high school studies and enrolment at the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico which is located in Madrid where she studied interpretive studies through her third year and specialized in textual interpretation, but she pulled out of the program in the year 2010 due to being selected for the role in Planes para manana. The role she played in the film earned her an award of Silver Biznaga and nominations for Goya Awards, including the most promising new actress.
